You can see my face. Briefly, I have been in full-time hypnotherapy practice in West Yorkshire, UK, in the Leeds - Harrogate area for over 25 years. I am married, mature and well-educated.

This site mainly contains a LOT of free information about hypnotherapy and related topics. There are books and articles that I have written myself. There are books written years ago by other hypnotherapists. For access to these please click on the link to my LIBRARY.
There are also some examples of simple hypnotic scripts recorded as MP3 tracks. These are partly designed to allow prospective clients to discover if they find my tone of voice congenial. But others might use them to explore hypnosis a little. Finally I have had a little fun creating a variety of little animated "hypnotic" flash videos. I do not use these professionally, but you might find them interesting or amusing or enjoyable. Both these can be found on the page AUDIO-VISUAL.
